Students Represent Denfeld at the Toothpick Bridge Competiton

Congrats to the 16 physical science students that represented Denfeld at ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) toothpick bridge competition at UMD. Gien Carlo Enriquez and Dawson McIsaac-Reid placed 1st in most aesthetically pleasing, and Hannah Thompson's bridge placed 6th in the load competition holding 46 kilograms (101 lbs!!). There were over 12 schools and 200 bridges at this year's competition.

 Junior Trip to Chicago

As part of the TRIO Program, an educational initiative, students visited college campuses, museums, and went to the theater during a visit to Chicago recently.

Denfeld captured 4th place team honors out of the 14 Section 7AA schools. 

Placing 5 th in Duo were junior Kendric Anderson and Sophomore Brecken Caroon. 5th in Humor was Sophomore Abby Longnaker.

Job Fair May 10

 Denfeld Student Job Fair Thursday, May 10th, 8:00 - 1:00. Local businesses will have tables set up in the Commons. Students can learn about summer and part-time jobs. 

All Night Grad Party 
Volunteers Needed

Attention All Denfeld Families. We need your help!  In celebration of the Class of 2018, the Denfeld All Night Grad Party Committee will be hosting a Chemical Free Graduation Party at the UMD Sports Facilities on Thursday, June 7th.  We need your help to make this party a success.
