Denfeld High School 2015 Family Survey: Now thru May 28
Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate in the 2015 Family Survey
One way to help every student be successful is to build strong partnerships between families, the school and the community. This survey provides an opportunity to tell us what you think our school and school district is doing well to support these partnerships and what could be done better. The questions are based in part on a national survey created by the PTA and adapted for ISD 709.
The information you provide will remain anonymous and will be used to improve our school. If there are any answers you don't know or questions to which you would prefer not to respond, simply skip those items.
Your ideas matter - thank you for taking time to participate in this survey!
